I followed the walkthrough on M3F (http://www.mazda3forums.com/index.php?topic=13813) with minor modifications by Optimzer

I think on the M3F site he says the red wire with silver dots is the power. In mine, it was an orange wire that was the power.

I ran the wire down the driver\'s side rear pilar and then across under the rear seats to the passenger side. the back seats area really easy to remove. just run your hand along the line where the seat meets the carpet and you\'ll find 2 harder plastic spots. if you were to sit behind the driver/passenger you would find it RIGHT between your legs. swiftly lift it up and repeat on the other side. when putting the seats back you just have to make sure the seatbelt harness fits without a problem. I used double stick tape and placed the \'transformers\' on the B pillar just below the seatbelt assembly. All in all it looks quite pimp (especially at night) :D

here are some installed pix

yeah...I had a very interesting session once trying to help someone install them with instructions online. Realized like 2-3 days later that I was explaining how to do it in a sport while the other person had a sedan! haha! all turned out OK I think..
