Hello Everyone

We’ve added another vehicle to our list of cars which we’ve successfully added an angel eye kit to! Our most recent addition is a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT and we have to say it looked AMAZING!! Before we begin though, we would like to extend a Thank You to JP (John Paul) for allowing us to work on his vehicle and post up these pics for everyone to look at!

The work we completed on this vehicle basically consisted of an angel eye kit, an HID kit installation (headlight/foglight) and we also removed the amber plastic reflectors when we disassembled the housings to install the angel eye kit. Here are some pics of the disassembly process:

When we originally started this project we were not sure what size of rings to use on this vehicle so our supplier graciously supplied us with a number of ring sizes to allow us to pick and choose the right size for this car. Upon disassembly of the light housings, we decided to do a DUAL angel eye set-up to really provide that pure custom look, and in our opinion it turned out amazing!! Here are some pics of the dual ring set-up:

The 2005 Legacy GT comes factory equipped with amber reflectors inside the housings, which JP was interested in removing. Once we had the housings open we determined that the reflectors were removable and went ahead and removed them. Here are some before and after pics:

Once we completed the housing modifications, we went ahead and re-installed the housings back on the car and decided the best way to wire them up was through the parking light circuit, allowing the angle eyes to be turned on and off at will using the parking light switch. This is something which is user selectable and we can use many different methods of turning the angel eyes on and off which we always discuss with the customer beforehand.

Just wondering, do BMWs come with angeleyes standard or as an option/acessory
or are they done aftermarket?

seems like most/all Beemers have them.

[/off topic (kinda)]

[sorry, didn\'t know which angeleye thread to put it in.]
