Since I won\'t be driving the Miata in the winter no more, I donated the winter shoes to my father-in-law\'s Civic. Tire size is off by a little (3%), but I think that\'ll be fine. However, the load rating for the Miata\'s tires is 82 whereas the Civic is 85. According to the load rating index (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tiretech/techpage.jsp?techid=35) is 88lbs. Ya think it\'s dangerous or within tolerance.
I know 85 is the manufacturer spec, but the father-in-law doesn\'t drive fast or aggressively at all. But, if it\'s a death-trap, I\'ll take em off. They\'re Nokian Hakkas by the way!
