Just purchased a Carbon Grey Sedan,

GT (without the GFX or Leather)
Pretty much paid MSRP (21198 + 5000 for my tradein - all taxes included)
Paid Cash, and didn\'t take the satellite radio

Still have to decide on the warranty. Looking forward to driving it tonight!

I \"limped\" my tradein to Keiswetter Mazda in Kitchener. I was in the neighbourhood with my truck.

No complaints - had a great sales guy - he seemed very happy to make a sale. Did the Carcostcanada thing before I took the test drive to make sure the numbers weren\'t way off. Probably could have done better but with a trade in you never know.

Wow - a few replies in a few seconds.

Used to own a hatch back when I was in my teens, figured I need to \"grow up\" to a sedan now that I have kids etc. Hopefully the next purchase will be the RX-8!

I really liked the copper red, but couldn\'t get in with ABS on the Sedan, so went with the boring Carbon.

Anybody recommend someone to call about warranty info - Kieswetter really confused me so I decided to purchase it later.

Congrats on the purchase...

just curious why you didn\'t go with the GFX? was it just a cost thing?

Ya - didn\'t really see the need for me to go GFX.

Got the GT to get the larger engine and ABS breaks (I was debating between the GS power/sport and the GT - but for the price went for the GT). I personally don\'t like sun roofs - wouldn\'t have minded the 17\" tires but wasn\'t worth the price.

Also, if I could have got leather without the GFX option I would have considered it, but given the added cost figured I would rather spend the money on other things....

That is too bad. I hear the Copper Red is a chick magnet around the Catholic high schools. With the hatch you get to fit more of them in with the seats down.

Welcome to the board by the way.

Actually live in Oakville, the trade-in came from Kitchener (and wouldn\'t / couldn\'t / shouldn\'t travel very far!) I did stop by ErinMills to check it out, but got very turned off by how unfriendly the place was. Seems strange these places have customers who are ready to purchase come in, and they completely ignore them - it\'s a wonder they are still in business (I had a similar experience at Oakville Mazda back when I was looking for a new van two years ago - but didn\'t end up buying a MVP anyways...)
