Hi all, the washer fluid light on my protege 5 turns on every time i accelerate in first or second gear regardless of how full the washer tank is. Anybody have any idea what could be up?

I\'ll check on Monday if there is a level sensor in the washer tank. If there is then the sensor may need to be replaced.

If you\'re paying for it out of pocket, why even bother fixing it? It\'s not going to affect anything.

this engine mount thing had me worried. I was considering just leaving it or trying to replace the sensor myself... but mounts?!

some guy on another forum had the same problem and it turned out to apparently be engine mounts...

hey skidmark.. it would be nice if you told us what the problem was.. WAS it the engine mount? if so ones for mazda3 aren\'t too exepnsive.. maybe the install is what was pricey.. anyway..
