TorontoMazda3.com Administrative Staff

The TM3 Admin Staff is made up of 3 Site Administrators, 1 Club Administrator and 9 Forum Moderators. They’re responsibilities are defined as follows:

TM3 Site Administrators (TM3 Site Admin)

“Responsible for the up-keep, appearance and general function of the Club Forum. They would implement new sections and features as well as control the posting rights of the members and participate in the approval of new sponsors/affiliates/vendors. Site Admins will be required to participate with the Forum Moderators on issues of discipline of the membership. Site Admins will have the right to modify or add andy new rules that govern how the site is run. Two of the Forum Administrators will have Web Admin duties. The sole purpose of this is to keep the database secure, updated and generally safe. All site administrators will also have the right to, but not necessarily be required, to moderate posts. If for any reason a member cannot continue to dedicate time to being an Site Admin the TM3 Site Administrators in concert with the Moderators will select member(s) for their replacement.”

TM3 Forum Moderators (TM3 Forum Mod)

“Members charged with guiding the overall tone and discussions on the forum. The moderators will be responsible to censor, edit and take actions against behavior that is contrary to well-being of the board. Actions to ban any member from the board will be reviewed by the Site Admins and Moderators in the Moderators Lounge and a consensus by majority will govern the decision. Moderators will take part in the approval of new sponsors/affiliates/vendors. If for any reason a member cannot continue to dedicate time to being a Moderator the TM3 Site Administrators in concert with the Forum Moderators will select member(s) for their replacement.”

TM3 Club Administrators (TM3 Club Admin)

“An individual who keeps the main Club section of the Forum up to date with fresh and exciting info on events and the organization of such events.”

TM3 Advertising Admin (TM3 Advert Admin)

“The position would be the liaison between new sponsors/affiliates and the site. This person would have a good understanding of the rules and regulations of the sponsors/affiliates and be the first contact for the new sponsors/affiliates. This person would field questions and eventually pass on any new sponsor/affiliate to the Administrative Staff for approval. The Advert Admin would also ensure that the Sponsors accounts with the site are kept up to date and current.”
