New site . . . New Decals

I think we all agree, it is time for some new decals.

I understand Jeff (thebiz) can get a good rate on making the stickers, so it comes down to us to get them designed

The new logo is nice, but it is a bit big to put on a car

i think we should make both

the logo and the writing as separate pieces,

For newcomers though, the .ca would be a good idea, because it is our current home.

I doubt anyone would know its a .ca since our site links us here with .com

I just think .com sounds better.

And IMO when people see the .com on our cars, it might make them think that we have a pretty big community and its world wide. If we only put .ca they might just think its a small provincial community or something.

The main page for our club is at the .ca.... which is why I think that we should have .ca stickers...

.com is only being used to redirect people from the .com to the .ca

There is nothing there from the hosting perspective. It's like a bookmark in a book.

Methodyst is working on mocking up the decals he will have versions that are 8 inches long and scaled down from there to 6 inches, so we can see what is the best looking decal

it will be grayscale and it will look kinda like the logo on the top of the page.

I have 1 old one left :( not enought for both rear windows after I took them off when they were scratched up.

Are we getting new ones made? I can always go to 3m trimline in burlington and get a price on some. Shit send me the file and I can go over now and get a quote.

The one with the grey background... I just put the grey there to simulate it being on a window. The grey wouldn't be printed. I think I may just have my own made up since it will be a while before we get some new stickers.
