The Mazda3 doesn't feel stable at 180 in stock form...I wouldn't be removing the limiter if nothing else was done thats for sure, especially the tires, you do not want a blow out at those speeds because you might as well say your Hail Mary and close your eyes! (The MS3/MS6 come with Y Rated tires and are limited to around 250...you should always have a lot of overhead)

and BTW your dealer can remove the speed limiter ...but something like that would never be written on an invoice...
I really don't know why it is a no-no because there are no laws concerning speed limiters or their removal...so if a customer really wants it for the track etc. the dealer should treat it like removing a door chime or whatever...\

As for him dropping it to 2nd at 100km/h...thats another limiter that can be removed, but thats redline on a 5spd std so not sure what it would be on the new 5spd autos...he has a 4spd in the vid, which should have different ratios
