I was really impressed by the efficiency of the service at Westowne. After dropping my car off, I was immediately driven home and later that day was picked up well before I needed to have my car ready. Mary at the service desk was really friendly but what really impressed me was that my squeaky brakes are now silent. I have been reading in the forum about modified pads helping in some cases but that most of you are just living with the squeak first thing on cold mornings. My neighbours are thrilled that I am no longer screeching down the driveway at 6:30 am! The only thing that is tough to swallow is the price ($204 incl tax). My previous car was a 240SX that my husband was able to do all the maintenance on but without a maintenance manual, I am afraid to let him touch my mazda (at least until the warranty runs out).
