Nice man, I like the gauge setup, love those big hoods. You should paint the rings around the main instuments gloss black also, as well as the center dash (like the MXsportif) it would look great:

nobody's feeling it - the guy who was painting it f#%&ed up, it was supposed to be flat black. It will be fixed though, we just could'nt wait to get it in already.

I'm just amazed that you add mods almost as often as Broli posts on this board. What the heck do you do for a living anyway?? (if you don't mind me asking)

I gotta be honest here... everything in your car seems very well thought out and very well executed... so the fact that this kinda sticks out as out of place doesn't seem right to me. :)

I know it'll cost some to get it repainted, but the gloss black just doesn't seem to fit in for me.

If it could be made to match the trim around the screen, I think that would be perfect!

Of course, I may completely change my mind when seeing it in person. Might look just fine the way it is. :)

So what's going in the other two slots? You can put 2 pop cans in there!

I would have preferred a lower profile pod.

Run a duct from the A/C up there and you've got the Dodge CHILL ZONE!! ;)

I've tried an intervention, but there's just no slowing him down :) I happened to mention to him in passing that the Pro-Kit had now been deemed applicable for the MS3 by Eibach, and look what he does within 6 hours :)

Wild Weasel
02-27-2007, 09:34 AM
How much different is the Pro-Kit than the springs that come stock on the MS3? It's already lower than the regular 3, right?

SpeedBaby
02-27-2007, 09:58 AM
actually it seems that the regular 3 hatch is 5mm lower than the speed3 (145 vs. 150mm).

Jeff-TheBiz

Nice rear camera btw, whered you mount it?

Wild Weasel
02-27-2007, 10:20 AM
actually it seems that the regular 3 hatch is 5mm lower than the speed3 (145 vs. 150mm).

The tires are half an inch taller on the speed3, so that alone would account for a 6.3 mm difference in ground clearance. That implies that the Speed3 suspension is lowered 1.3 mm from the stock one but that's hardly relevant and could be accounted for by the extra weight of the car.

So by the numbers, they're arguably exactly the same.

I thought I'd read somewhere that it was lower. Guess not.
