Steering Wheel Control Adaptor

Hey everyone! I was wondering where in Toronto I can purchase a steering wheel control adaptor to work with the 3 equipped with a Sony deck. Back in December I could only find a universal adaptor at Best Buy. The installers spend 2 hours trying to get it to work, but it never did. They said the problem was that I needed one that can work with a Sony deck, and that the universal one is crap. They sell them at www.crutchfield.com according to the brand of your deck and car model, but they dont ship to Canada, only across the US.

Certain models work for certain decks...

but the swi-x can work for all decks as long as they have a remote...
