I really like SI's wheels.

I had an Matrix XRS (same 1.8l vvtl-i engine found in the elise) before the MS3... i really like the engine noise cars like it and the new SI make. I'll take the torque and power of the speed any day, but it would be nice to get a bit of that sweet sounding engine noise back

Motor trend sux.

I like both the cars they test drove, but their justification on why the civic was better than the sentra is balls --- the reviewer liked the civic more because it sounded nice in high revs, while the sentra sounded "muffled" LMAO! He's one of those dudes that throws on a really loud muffler (not cat back) and thinks hes getting better performance because of the noise.

He does go on to mention other things, but the high revving engine coupled with the pinging you get from it seems to be the basis of his comparison . Good job motor trend on yet another biased comparo!

I can't remember if it was Motor Trend or Car and Driver which has been accused of being biased on a number of occasions.

Have you guys read the comparision they did in Road & Track, that one was much better showing why the Si was the better car.

are the 4door SI's only available in the US or something?

Honda's site may be out-dated but they only have coupe versions on the site.

I heard from a friend that works at Honda that it's a maybee for Si Sedan to come to Canada. But even if it is it's not for another year.

Insurance is probably a huge difference, depending on your age too I guess.

hard to say, my insurance on my ms3 is actually less than what i was paying on our 2004 matrix xrs when it was 3 years old with 100,000 clicks on it. civic and youth and cheap insurance don't often go together, might not be cheaper

Before I we got the Mz3 we had a civic si sedan (05), my insurance rite now is slightly more then before because the Mz3 is not rated as safe.
But it's probably a differnt story for the Si coupe though.
