15

I would change the order, have it like a light bar reflection from front to back of the car drop the garage for a blurred road (city nighttime).

As Gizzmo_jr said, it's around 15~19 frames. I have another one that has about 30 frames (the shine moves slower).
But don't think that I sit there and adjust each frame one by one. Photoshop does it for you (to a degree, you still have to do adjust some frames manually).

Actually that's not entirely correct.
Higher ISO will add more noise/grain (a good camera will control the noise better).

Use a tripod and set to lowest ISO possible to avoid noise/grain.
Use high ISO only if pics will be taken hand held and you want to avoid camera shake/motion blur (at the expense of noise/grain).

These pics were taken at 100 ISO since I used a tripod.
I obviously did post processing but nothing to correct noise/grain - as you can see from original pic noise was not a problem.

1/4 second....hmmm. I've been messing around with garage shots when I've got time (and a camera). Time to move up to the next body bud, you've got the skills, you deserve it! Get rid of the crop!!!
