Yeah, it's with the stock bulb and is definately very bright and visible. The cut off is amazing for something like this. I have to give credit to Argos (Whey) who has the clear fogs, I saw them at a meet, he told me how easy they were to install (through Mcguyver_3) and how little they cost.

38 USD for the kit (set of fogs + harness + switch), 38 USD for shipping to canada. Arrived within a week.

I bought my set off ebay too around that same price. Definitely should of gotten the yellow ones instead of the clear ones ><. Did you get them off hkplus? Or another ebayer?

The only thing I find is the stock bulb sits very close to the lens, and heats up extemely fast. Mine has started to bubble a little on the lens. Maybe I'll buy a yellow set for a more yellow look.

Yes I was feeling the heat this morning comming off the bulb and i noticed it was fast too. I'm hoping that it doesn't mess up for at least a year.

Can you confirm if it was the bulb that's bubbling or the glass/lens?

The bulb is fine. The glass/lens sort of has bubbles of cloudy haze on it, that you can't clean off. Not quite sure how to describe it.

I think it started developing about a year in. I switched to LEDs when I had to use them for my DRL, and now the HIDs don't seem to be as hot as the stock bulb. The hazing may seem more obvious on a clear lens vs the yellow one.

Ebay, you can find them by searching under 'mazda 3 fog' there are alot of entries and you should be able to get them for the price i had stated easily.

I'm pretty sure it won't fit on the 07 sedan. You have to look at your bumper and the shape. They haven't come out with a set of aftermarket fogs for the 07 Mazda 3's yet.
