AutoX Meet - Sunday Sept.16th, Bronte GO Station - 8:30am

Hey Everyone

This Sunday is the LAST AutoX of 2007 for anywhere close to the GTA. So I'm asking that if you can spare some time come on an check it out. Spectators are more than welcome. Also if anyone wants to ride along with me and see/feel a big fwd family sedan drift on course you are more than welcome to have a seat. The weather looks to be better this Sunday with no rain in the forecast.

For those who wish to compete I am told that the entry fee for this event is $35 I'm not sure f that includes lunch or not, but I assume it is, since all of the local AutoX supply lunch with registration.

This event is also being hosted by COMP, The Competition Corvette Club, so you know there are going to be some really fast and loud cars at this event.

I live pretty close to there so i will definately come and check it out. Was hard to see from the Map, but it is on wyecroft?? (saw a small blue dot there)

I believe that is where the BMW collision centre is and also the GO train station is right there.

The event is held in the GO station parking lot. If you drive along Wyecroft you will see all the cars and can't miss it.

The results from the PITL series are in and I'm placed 5th of 15. Not bad for my first real season of autoX.

I hope to see some 3's out this Sunday.

I'm having an R34 come out to this event so don't miss it.

i'll come and watch again...was there last week, but only spoke w/ iceblaza? anyone know if he's running again? i'll bring a helmet incase i decide to go for a ride mazda6....thanx for the offer...iceblaza last week offered too, but i didn't have a helmet with me.

I am trying to take an hour or so off work to come and watch and things look good-to-go so i will be there as long as nothing bad happens in the morning :)

I had to get my ass back to work just as the skyline pulled in. I must say it is not a bad turn-out and only saw ONE other Mazda3 in the parking lot than ran the track as well (looked to be completely stock and not from our club though). It was great fun and I hope to run my car at an event next year. Will have videos up when im done work (around 6pm).

I made a BIG camera-noob mistake and didnt get the first and second wave of cars in the event!
Unfortunately, no video was captured of Mazda6sMtx's ride. I wanted to come back and catch the end but my boss was already mad at me for being half an hour late. I must say of my favorite cars to watch, the Mazda6 and the yellow porsche were my faves.
