my wifey just got her service done and they were on top of things.

when she got there, the work order was ready and a tech was on stand by to do the work.

shuttle was a little late so the manager used her own car to drop her off.

got the 24K service for $180 and car was washed as well

overall, it was a very good experience from them and I highly recommend their service dept.

How much they charge for an oil change? What did you do for $180?

Hey UOU, how's tiffany and team with regards to mods?

I don't have much but i'm worried the small Hybrid BOV might be a problem, so should i take it off and install the stock one before bringing in for my regular service? what do you think bud?

i've been here before for nearly everything but that was before spring when i pretty much tacked on wheels/springs/bov?

wouldn't know as my car is stock :chuckle but i asked that when i first went and they seemed pretty good. they ask to know what you have so not to waste the techs time trying to diagnose something incorrectly so i sent a note when i change something and they add it to my file, haven't had a problem yet and that is why i still go.

Sometimes I get the feeling that I do all this searching stuff for nothing... Other times I don't, but sometimes I do.

They are fine with my car being lowered, diff rims, exhaust, hid's and I did have an injen cai that I had when I went in there 6 or 8 times but now it is off and back to a factory air box.

Just wanted to add another positive review for Mississauga Mazda.

Ever since I've owned my car (bought it used in 2005), I've experienced the "shift shock" issue (04 AT hatch jerks going from gear 1-2 usually only on cold starts first thing in the morning). It didn't always occur, but seemed to come and go all the time. Brought it in to another dealer several years back when I first experienced the problem, but they were unable to replicate the problem, so they were unable to fix it. The problem seemed to just disappear eventually but recently came back again, and the jerking was much more harsh than in the past.

Having had good a good experience there, I called Mississauga Mazda to discuss the problem I was experiencing. They first suggested leaving the car overnight, so they could test it on a cold start, but that was not possible since I didn't live in Mississauga and would have no way to get home. I inquired about a loaner but they don't have any loaner cars as yet. They said they would try to find a solution and get back to me. They called me back the same day and said they found out that my problem was not uncommon and there was a quick software update that would fix it and if that didn't work they would keep the car overnight and arrange for a rental.

I brought in later that week and not only did they fix the problem, they found a few other recalls on my car and fixed those too. Got shuttled to work and picked up from work as well, and everything fixed was all covered under warranty (I have the extended), so no charge. I also had them do an interior cleaning of my car (which I paid for), and they did an excellent job.

Went there today. Very helpful UNTIL...
So I'm talking on the phone with a very nice lady at service, and tell her I want to schedule an oil change aswell as inspect a few rattles (Very dinstinct rattles that don't just come and go. They come, they stay, they're always heard).. She says no problem, schedules me in for 1pm. 1pm hits and I'm there on time. Only this lady isn't there, and another guy helps me out. So I have a written list of rattles to make everything easier for him. All the while he's looking at me like I'm a ****ing retard (I work at Lexus of Oakville and I know a lot about how guests are supposed to be treated and how warranty work should not be a ****ing problem for anyone! They're getting paid good money to do this!)

Anyways, I get shuttled home cause he said this would take a while. I get a call 3 hours later.
"Sorry Sir, 3 of our techs 'drove' your car to inspect and none of them heard anything, and your shock is blown. The only squeek they heard was your aftermarket intake. (WHAT?!)"
"Ohh, that's awesome!"

So I get there, look at my gas tank and KM's remaining. A lot gone. They were just out for a joyride booting the **** out of my car. I know this because one of them talked to me about my nice sounding intake.
