New rule: More descriptive thread titles??

Hey,
I've noticing that a number of threads have really ambiguous thread titles.
E.g. Lowering Springs (what about them? any brand in particular?)
Winter Tires (What about them? brand? do I need them? etc.)

Perhaps this is something the mods/admins can discuss?

I'd be up for discussion, but in the end this is at the thread poster's discretion. I understand what threads you're talking about and that's just how it goes with people who are new and uninformed. We already moderate titles if they are wrong or nsfw (not safe for work). I personally don't want the forum to become so formal as to require thread title rules. These rules already exist for the Buy/Sell section.

I like it too, but that seriously would be a lot of work for the mods, so I don't see it happening.
