I got a Nintendo Ds today and I'm looking to get the mod chip.
Anyone know where I could find it and around how much?

I got the R4.

There are online sources but as mentioned by Pat, carefull where u get it.

PMall sells them but they're pricey - about $80 each.

I'm looking on the site Pat posted, you guys know the difference between M3 and R4? M3 has some rumble Ram thing? Seems to be cheaper too.

I have a R4 also. People tell me the R4 is better than the M3. I don't know how valid that statement is though, but the majority of people use R4

Wow, I just got a Cobalt Blue DS lite on Friday as well. lol.

I'm going with the CycloDS Evolution, its suppose to be marginally better than the R4/M3. There's a whole bunch of reviews on www.ds-scene.net.

Two places I know that has it is Divineo and ModChipCentral.

Are you going to get the CycloDs then? It's only $7 more then the R4.

You can get games from Torrents :).

I bought an R4 from some dude on craigs.. lol. Kinda sketch I guess but it worked out well.

I just ordered the Cyclo DS, anyone here have it? I hope it's the same as the R4 or better cause none of my friends have it. Everyone's got a R4.
