Hey, I think I'm having the same problem too! I just recently replaced the stock bulb with the Blue LED lights and it comes on and off. :bang

The correct way to remove the lamp assembly is to use a putty knife or similar to release the clips before pulling the assembly free. If you just yank down on it you risk bending the retaining clips. Without pictures (hint, hint) we can only guess, but it is very probable that you have bent the clips.

there might be some metal clips that holds the dome light assembly up on the roof that became loose when you yanked it out. you shouldn't have pulled the whole thing down to check or change the dome lights. removing the lens is sufficient... check the dome light assembly if there's some clips, if there are clips you might want to bend them out a bit.

yeah, its the metal clips... i figured that much and tried bending them. helped a little but not sufficient enough. anyone know where i could find out how they normally sit so i could bend them to the same position?

you have pictures? probably bend it some more. you might not have bent it enough. but don't break it :chuckle
