have you dyno'd your car?
Not yet, was supposed to on July 5th but I am not sure. I have some more work to do with the tuning before I get it where I want it.

how much boost are you running?
7 psi right now but I have ran 9psi and it pulled like hell. Just need to fine tune it perfectly and I will run it at 10psi. Until I get my forged pistons, rods, rod bearings, head studs, billet gears and LSD. Then it's 15psi until I get bored with that too. Looking like this fall for my forged internal build.

I love how those silver painted interior pieces look!
Great job :)
What type of paint is it if you dont mind me asking? Was it tough to do?

spray paint, duplicolor mazda sumbeam silver. lots of sanding and prep work involved to get as good finish. 350, 600, 1000, 1500 grit sand paper, wet sanding, rubbing compoud, polishing compund and wax. Not hard just time consuming.

I currently live in Petawawa ON, due to a military posting. I am from Kitchener though and will be in Kitchener/Waterloo from 12th july to 18th july and will be in Missasaga for the Tuners Against Street Racing show on 13th July. If there is anything around that time I would love to come say hi.

Thank you very much, it was a self install. I am a communications Tech in the army so electronics is my dig.

What kind of power are you estimating at 7psi?

1. Remove anything you want to paint.
2. Wet sand plastic with like 350 grit and then 600 grit until it is nice and smooth, yet discolored from the scoring.
3. spray a thin layer of primer. Allow to dry. (getting a good finish is all about alot of thin layers, not one thick one)
4. Spray another layer of primer, allow to dry then wet sand with 1000 grit to even out small holes.
5. third layer of primer and another light wet sand with 1000 grit until smooth.

bah accidentally hit a button and it posted before I was done lol...
this was for white speed 3 in ref to painting the dash lol... I can't edit a post though cause i am too n00b. anyway I'll continue even though I was just typing it up and planned on moving it... This is just how I did mine, other people may have other methods.
6. 1st layer of color, extreemly extreemly thin. should still see some primer through it.
7. 2nd layer of color should cover all the primer. wet sand 1000 grit, some primer may show through again.
8. repeat alternating layers of color and wet sanding lightly until achieving good smooth coverage. then wet sand lightly with 1500 grit. should end up looking shiney.
9. apply clear coat in the same fasion, wet sanding with 1500grit beetween coats.
10. Once you have a glossy finish use a rubbing compound, then polishing compound, then wax for protection.
I think I used 3 primer coats, 4 color and 4 clear. Main things to remember are Thin coats will stop running and keep the paint looking clean. Do it in a dirt and dust free enviroment. Lots of wet sanding and rubbing/polishing compound will give you that high gloss car paint finish. Be carefull re installing the pieces lol... the will chip easily. Good luck man.

What kind of power are you estimating at 7psi?
The hiboost answer is 250Whp @ 7psi with a 2.5" Cat back Exhaust. Who knows how honest that is?
I have a 3" turbo back exhaust, manual boost controller, upgraded motor mounts, upgraded cluth/flywheel and a few other things that should help me put more to the ground.
End state, I don't know and don't want to make guesses. The car is supposed to be dyno'd very soon, then I will make claims :D. I am going to dyno it at 10psi however :D.

Looks great, especially the interior. Very well done. Love to painted panels.
The kit is a bit too extreme for me, personally, but that's just a matter of opinion. Not my cup of tea.
Love everything else about it.
