Hope this helps. Otherwise, I'm sure someone else will do a better job at answering this question.:)

Its behind glovebox...I know it because I wired my Ipod into the glovebox so I had to remove the glovebox. Why in the world would someone put fusebox there??

The manual gives fairly good step by step instructions to access it. You have to turn two tabs under the glovebox.

I think easiest way is to pull out the dash strip, and pull the top of the glovebox out, that way it will still stay by holding at the bottom. And you can clearly see everything. To put back, simply clicking the glovebox back in.

You can access from underneath without pulling out the glovebox though. Some people might feel more comfortable with not taking things apart.... although lying on my back with my head stuffed under the dashboard with a flashlight in my teeth has never been a personal favourite!

Check the 15 amp room fuse in the engine bay. It could be blown.
