Clutch engagement point varies while driving.

Scenario:
Downshift to 2nd with rev-matching ~4000+RPM's to a light.
Put it in first to start off
The engagement point is almost to the floor (almost no travel).
The pedal travel becomes shorter and almost sticky (it doesn't retract as fast).
The normal grab point is about 1/3rd of travel, however when this occurs it is more like 1/8th of the clutch travel.
To recover from this, you usually have to put it in neutral and pump the clutch pedal 2-3 times or shift a couple of times and everything is back to normal.

There is no clutch slip whatsoever, the cluch/flywheel have approx 20k on them.

Clutch TSB was performed 20k ago, where the clutch/flywheel were replaced by Mazda due to the original clutch being too harsh.
TSB:

This clutch/flywheel combo is identical to the late 07 MS6's and all MS3's.

Suspects:
1. Slave cylinder
2. Master cylinder
3. Auto-adjusting clutch wear mechanism

Opinions?

Yeah the Slave was my primary suspect, hopefuly its the culprit.
How long did it take for the job to be completed and where did you take it?

Thanks!
