Fog light [Archive] - TorontoMazda3

I have a 2005 mazda3 GS Sedan When i turn on my fog lights theres no indication on the cluster that they are on .
I thught there should be an indication on the cluster that i have the fogs on.
Can you guys help?

Nope, I am not aware of any indication on the cluster that you have the fogs enabled. My wife has a 2005 GT Sport Hatch.

Is there not a light that turns on on the middle cluster that indicates ur fogs are on?? mines a 08 , I thought there was ?

My 2007 doesn't have a light to tell me the fogs are one -- one of the very few things I wish it had but doesn't *grumble*

I don't think so; I run my fogs as DTRL's and there is no dash light that indicates they are on.

I had a 2005 M3 Sport GT and there was no light for the fogs. Just the high beams.

Fogs are listed on the light switch only.

No dash light.

I just thought i seen it somewhere ,that there was suppose to have an indication on the cluster that the fogs were on .

no indicator on the cluster... there is a high beam indicator and an indicator for the parking lights (green symbol with 2 lights pointing to either side - probably what TUGA is referring to)
the fog switch is labeled "On"... just look there.

you may have seen a little green light almost like 2 half circles and lines on the side which would indicate that the lights themselves are on but no there is no fog light indicator. I beleive you may be thinking of the euro specs with the rear fog light i beleive those have a light on the cluster

The indicator is look ahead and turn the switch to the on position. If you see the extra light pattern then you know they're on.

rear fog light is really helpful... don't know why we don't have it here...

I wonder if it's hard to mod/add it....
