cabin air filter

Wasn't sure where to put this so i threw it in here,

anyway my question is, does anyone have instructions on how to replace the cabin air filter?
also, where can you buy a replacement?

wow thats a crummy place to put a cabin filter. my fathers camry takes 20 seconds :S
