No, you personally can't. Usually we don't like changing names unless there is a valid reason to do so. If it's just because you are bored of it, etc. that won't be good enough.

The basics are: If you have a legit reason to change your username, PM a mod, who will bring the request forward on your behalf to the rest of the mod team.
