Hey Guys,
I'm looking to pick some up, and not the sit in restaurant Dim Sum.
I was looking forward to cooking some at home. I know I can get the basic pre-packaged stuff at T&T, but I heard I can get some wholesale as well. Like what the restaurants use/make.
Anyone have an idea or know where I might find these places?
Thanks

I remember a few years ago, when our dentist was in Scarborough, corner of Finch and Midland, we went to this wholesale frozen dim sum place a couple blocks north on Midland.
Based on what I remember, and looking at Google maps, I believe the address is 63 Silver Star Blvd. I remember there was a tuner shop in the corner of the plaza.

IIRC, its where the green arrow is (assuming it's still there).

Theres a place in Markham my gf's parents go to for freshly made dim sum, that is usually sent to local restaurants. I'll try to find out tomorrow.
