Hello

So my arm rest looks like a cat used it as a scratching post.

im looking at it and I dont know if i can remove just the armrest without wrecking more...

if its not removeable and you have to take out the whole centre console up to the shifter can you interchange that whole part with one from a sedan ?

mine is a 05 hatchback and the sedan parts car is a 08

thanks

You could also get a leather cover for the armrest + e-brake to cover it ;)

Screws to remove the armrest are underneath... you have to pull the whole centre console out and flip it over. Actually not all that difficult...... dig out the TWM short shifter instructions from their website --- they explain exactly how to remove the console. Then there's a few screws to remove the bucket part of the bin, and finally two screws to remove the armrest itself. Note the lid and the inner flippy part come off as a unit.
