So, quick question, do I contact you first, or just let Craig know when invoicing parts?

CarLadyLisa

Craig is well aware. You can go to him directly. Just ensure you mention TM3 to him. If we have your vehicle information on file we can note it for future reference and if he requires confirmation of your membership, I can attest to that.

does the 15% off discount apply to oil changes as well CarLadyLisa?

does the 15% off discount apply to oil changes as well CarLadyLisa?

The TM3 discount is good for many regular services such as brake jobs, replacement parts, accessories or other large ticket items. The discount is 'UP TO 15% OFF' as mark up on items is not consistent. We will always price on a case by case basis depending on service and parts required. Oil changes don't fit into that category as it is regulated item by Mazda. Total with taxes and disposal is $71.71 for 0W20. There are more details here on the pricing:
http://www.mazda.ca/MciWeb/displayPage.action?pageParameter=partsPromotions

They do quite a bit of work during the oil change process. We pay for the oil, filter, provide the service and do full inspection plus it's warranty approved and documented. In terms of what they inspect, following each service our team provides you with a checklist to ensure we have covered all the bases. You can view that checklist here:
http://www.mazda.ca/MciWeb/pdf/parts...aintenance.pdf

PM me your info & vehicle details and availability to book you for service.

does the 15% off discount apply to oil changes as well @CarLadyLisa (http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/member.php?u=18998)?
With most affiliate dealerships "menu services" i.e. routine maintenance is not included in the discount. Additional labour or parts over and above usually is included. I.e. if you went in for an oil change that would not get a discount, but if you decided to also have a brake fluid flush performed that would usually be discounted.

Not speaking for Achilles Mazda, just a general concept.

I'd like to share with you all a little something that makes me proud to be a part of Achilles Mazda.

12119

"Over the last 3 months, Achilles Mazda of Milton is #1 in Canada in Overall Sales Satisfaction....by quite a large margin I may add. This means our clients responded "Completely Satisfied" more often at our store than any other store in the nation.

This is a testament to all of you, your work ethic, experience and pride for your dealership.

We may all have our moments from time to time, but I am proud to work along side each of you." - Achilles Pelitis

Having not only a boss, but an owner work so closely with their dealership is truly a rarity in this industry. To have one that encourages you to be the best is truly a gift. This is one of the many reasons I've turned down job offers over the past 5 years. This is the side of Achilles Mazda you do not see. It's a good feeling.

Thank you to all those who have helped us get here including recent new Mazda owners boyracer, samsvoc, kennyhoe tcnumba10
And those supporting our fabulous parts & service team natspriceless, ShibbyDibbyDoo, 6strings, Timotee These are just a few I can recall in the last little while.

You Rock!

If that's the case then I might be in another Mazda. I have a few years before I decide what I'm going to do. Maybe my Mazda will last 400k..

I'm usually the biggest critic of pre-release rumours, so who knows. I just expect that if it DOES end up with the rumored 300hp, Mazda would not want to retain FWD. So it's either similar power numbers to last time and FWD, or more power and AWD (and a higher price segment).

Does that help?

Quite a bit. Thanks man! I just know for a fact with my drive to work everyday the next vehicle I buy will have AWD. And with my stereo obsession never coming to an end I want a hatch as well.
