Biker is known for going speeds upwards of 174 mph in local area's, and has posted video's of it before.
Now, if the driver of the truck knew it was him, I have no idea. It's still a stupid idea to drive how he did. But then again, he did look inbred.

Apparently the biker(s) was speeding past the driver's house and the driver came looking for them (to protect their kids or something). So the driving on the wrong side of the road was done on purpose in attempt to stop the biker(s).
