I have a 2.0 sedan with magnaflow muffler on it. Looking to get a bit for sound from it. Just wondering if a res delete is recommended? Who has it done? Does it drone as much as muffler delete or at all?

Resonators are there to eliminate drone and rasp, so yes, it will drone more if you delete the resonator.

IMO it sounds better with res delete...

I've been looking into this for my dodge charger and general consensus there is to delete the muffler and keep the resonators to reduce drone from the automatic transmission.

For dodge challengers with the manual transmission, it's better to delete the resonators and keep the mufflers.

Anyone here did a resonator delete for gen 3? If yes how was it?

I deleted both resonators on my speed 3 and the sound difference was awesome. No performance gain at all but it made the car sound 100xs better
