2007 Mazda 3 GT front bumper tab broken

I broke the right hand side front bumper tab and now the bumper holds but not supertight, is there a solution to this apart from buying a new bumper and paying $500 to paint the tri coat pearl white? I was thinking a big washer or a small and a bigger washer but ia there any other solution?

washers worked for me for a bit. Then ended up riveting it. after a couple years its starting to pop out again. I was thinking of buying a new bumper next year. just want to last the winter

Ya the bumper is not the expensive part, the tri coat paint in my case ia quite expensive

I used a bigger washer for the longest time on my 04.

The 07 hatch bumpers can run quite a bit of money . 500 plus I've heard . you could always use quick release screws to keep it together .
