That\'ll do nicely and you\'ll still have space in the trunk/hatch.

Nice bubba....

I wanted to conserve trunk space, so I actually was going to get a 10\" sub. After all I don\'t want overpowering bass. Just enough to give it a bit more kick than speakers alone.

don\'t worry what anyone says aboyut best buy, if you look hard enough you can get some good deals on good product, I bought my 1200 watt RF punch there for $150 open box, then I purchased the 2 year warranty (just in case), eother way this amp that retailed for around $300 I got with an extended warranty for around $200 taxes in.

Anywhere else and it would have been double the price,

You just need to do your research beforehand and know what you want before you go there.

Don\'t discount 10\" subs......just because they are smaller doesn\'t mean they can\'t play just as loud if not louder than a 12\". I have a single 10\" in my much larger MZ6 and it actually plays louder and cleaner than my previous set-up which was two 10\'s in a ported box in a civic!

ya, my main goal was price

i got the amp on sale for $100, the sub for $80 and the box for lil over $100...the sub is way underpowered, but meh...no big deal to me...maybe down the road ill upgrade the amp, but it took me almost 2 weeks to get used to the idea of having a sub...so we will see

I bought a LOC and it made a world of difference, I was never happy with the way my car sounded prior to adding the LOC but now it is night and day, If you haven\'t done this already I highly suggest it, the best thing I\'ve bought yet for my car :D

and very easy to install behind the deck

what kind of amp did you buy? how many watts?

i just got a 200watt 2 channel amp and bridged it for the sub...

i didn\'t wanna start getting into high power, and involving capacitators and watnot, or having interior lights dim...
