Hey guys,

So i got my HPFP and intake installed today, and decided to go stage1+ SF intake Oct91. Jimmy told me to go for a test drive and everything went smooth. Later tonight, i noticed that i feel a sudden loss of power where the rpm just stops, and it continues. It happened a couple of times in WOT 5th gear. I went ahead and checked peak boost and it was around 20ish psi, so i also checked for codes through AP and found P0234. Has anyone experienced this before and figured a solution to stop it?

20psi is a high for that tune, which would explain the overboost code. Re check all your hoses, hose clamps, also check connections on your boost controller both electrical and hoses, maf plugged in tight? What about bpv hoses and seal? You can also reflash the map and see if that helps...Make sure you drive for about 50km before you even go WOT.

On a side note go throw that Cobb ots map in the trash, if you want a decent ots map pay justin @ freektune 75usd for one of his and you'll notice the driveability improvement instantly.

I'll be checking the engine bay for any leaks. I'll try to reflash to stock tune and see what happens. I may need ATR to change waste gate settings

I switched to stage1+sf intake 91oct (safe mode) and it seems that issue is solved. My psi is capped to 17.5psi and i did WOT in all gears without any hickups.
