After the first few meets I was surprised to see that the TM3 club is a culturally diverse group. I was just curious what was everyone\'s cultural background?

I\'ll start, I don\'t have a background, my family was too poor to have our own, we had to borrow one from the Russian family down the hall. :P

If you wonder why this so detailed well after not knowing what the hell I was when people asked me as a kid.. i did a bit of asking and researched so I can answer it properly. Many people didnt belive me when I said I was 100% Canadain lol. Even though I lived hear all my life.. the looks are sorta deceving. plus I get asked all the time so the plain black and white mixture is just not a satisfying answer.:p

Hey that was my answer..... I too was adopted at birth (born and rasied in Ottawa) and do not know my birth heritage so i always quote my adoptive heritage... Keeping both sides of the family in mind i am German/Scottish/French/Icelantic.

Simply, my Mom is Black but I wanted to give her background more of a connection to a region, rather than a colour. Russian, with KIND OF dual citizenship...

Right now my Russian passport is expired, so while I will be able to enter the country, they won't let me out unless I renew it. That or they'll conscript me into the army (They've been trying for 6 years now, despite multiple "To whom it may concern" notes I sent them from the educational institutions confirming that I am in fact studying and working here)

So yeah... I don't really want to give up my Russian citizenship, although I doubt I'll ever be going back there.
