Is Sam the only one that does the independent Fog Mod?

you can do it yourself using Oliver/M3-GT\'s method (http://www.mazda3forums.com/viewtopic.php?t=11730)

or bring the instructions to one of the installers listed. this is the same method Sam uses.

Sweet! I shall try it.... not too fond of the idea of playing with the electrical system myself tho.

If you are brave enough you can do the entire installation yourself by checking the other \"sticky\" (http://www.torontomazda3.com/forum/read.php?TID=1341) thread.

That\'s the thing, I\'m not good with electronics and wiring stuff.

Yup, same here! Im with ya Xenon. You got another electrical dummy right here, I still don\'t quite get the whole wiring even after having Maj\'s clarify some stuff :(

So do we know of anyone other than Sam that can do the independent fog mod? Cuz I want to get it done before my HIDs are installed....

And the HIDs come in about 2 weeks time.

I believe Guess did it on Bubba\'s car. You can also use this guide. (http://www.mazda3forums.com/viewtopic.php?t=11730)

I think Bubba has HID always-on instead of independent fogs.

correct...he put in a relay to give my HID\'s a constant 12v current, which has them on all the time, but the autolight feature is still in working condition...

Do you guys bring your own kit or buy it at Lockdown / Speedster??

Most of us bought our own kits and brought it to Lockdown to have them install it. However, both Lockdown and Speedstar have kits available for purchase at their respective stores.
