Greeting everyone, I am planning on powdercoating my stock 17\" alloy rims soon. However, I need opinions on potential colours. Bronze, Black, White. Car is an indigo blue sedan. I am also open to other suggestions.

I\'ll say silver.

I love that darkish copperish/curry/bronze on that RSX in the garage with the hood-up picture. The flat tremcladish flat colour black traffic wheel above it too would look sexy too.
Stay away from white. That has been getting too much play. The Japanese Grand Touring and JDM look will last awhile with a darker tone of rim. Anytype of gunmetal would be nice too. After seeing your car now and having 17\" rims, I think some more choices have opened up.

All in all, remember that it is your choice and it should coincide with you future plans of graphics or interior themes and colour schemes you may desire. I\'m sure anything you will choose should come out good in quality.

The most awesome moment in this is when you pick them up finished, install them at a reputable dlrship with the tire and pasted wheel weights and you wash your car and polish your tires. The look of your clean car with contrasting subtle rim tone change and a shiney sidewall is FRIGGIN AWESOME!!!

I\'m still awaiting my buddies Black Volvo S-80 with Charcoal Metallic Rims.
Stay tuned for that thread of pics.

Bronze wheels looks wicked on black and white cars and maybe like red or green.
However with your colour I would stick with silver

I really have no plans for future graphics, aside from a TM3 sticker or two. As for the interior, it\'s already black leather, and I don\'t plan to change that piece. The other mods I am planning are HID\'s, audio(speakers, and amp), and alarm starter.
That said, I am leaning towards the bronze. Silver is too close to stock, I want something a little different. White wil get too dirty. Black is still an option. I am going back to spectrum, likely Tuesday or Thursday...hope to make a final decision at that time.

Agree, a polished aluminum would look nice.

I\'d have to agree with a few of the folks here. I\'d stick with a silver to silver grey colour. I think it\'d go great with the blue. Along with some tint. ;)

Something like these:

I like the way the silver looks, but..it just doesn\'t stand out enough for me. I have decided on a dark gold/bronze colour. Should be done in about two weeks, I\'ll keep you posted.
Edit: Oh ya, I am planning tint as well, thinking 30% all around, but I\'ll have to check various tints at the next meet and then decide.
