More Mazda models on the way!

Up and coming models include the all new CX-7 cross-over vehicle based on the MX-Crossport concept to replace the Tribute. It will be a direct competitor to the Nissan Murano and Infiniti FX models. Plus the long anticipated Mazdaspeed 3 which is powered by a turbocharged 2.3 putting out between 230-250 H.P. Also a full size SUV will arrive late 2006.

This is great news......Mazda has been really lacking in the SUV market, and hopefully they can come out with a mini-van worthy of competing against the Odessy and Sienna.

lol they do have a mini ...but if its worthy of competing with the sienna/odessy/quest is another question

i thought the mazda3 is gonna be 2.0 turbocharged and the mazdaspeed 6 is the 2.3 turbocharged ?

I think they\'re still in the testing phase, it will probably have the 2.0 in it but you never know Mazda always changes things around.

I heard about that SUV, thank God, the Tribute is terrible. I saw a Mazda5 on the road a couple of days ago......I can\'t decide if Mazda is gonna knock one out of the park or take a serious hit? I will say this, it looks like nothing else on the road (to me anyways).

The CX-7 is similar to the FX and Murano models. Mazda is also coming out with a 7-passenger full size SUV. Also a completely re-designed Mazda6.

We\'re actually getting 3 Mazda5\'s in a few days b/c we PDI Mazda\'s cars here.

I hate that Mazda always offers the Mazdaspeed versions of cars right before they do a design change. Same thing happened with the Protege.

Flip, any idea when the new 6 will be coming out, and you have any pics?

No pics of the 6 yet but when my dealer principal was in Japan last month for a Mazda meeting he saw the new 6 along with the Mazdaspeed3 and they were told that an all new MPV, full size 7-passenger SUV were on the way as well.

I\'m so happy for Mazda.....they\'ve been on a hot streak lately. I remember during the early 90\'s thinking the only thing they had going for them was the Miata........the RX-7 was nice but not a bread and butter car by any means.

Transport truck just dropped off 2 Mazda 5\'s. They have the retractable key set-up. Maybe the 06 M3\'s will have similar keys.

We\'ll probably see the MS3 summer of next year. That\'s usually when manufacturer\'s release their new products.

DaveWoodMazda @ a TPC Bar-B-Que a few weeks back had the MSP6 unveiled. And yes, it was the only one in so far. I\'m still a WEE disappointed at the styling which could have a better bodycladding, wheel choice and Goddamn lowered suspension/chasis. Nonetheless is is still sexy and well engineered. I guess the idea is for the aftermarket to feed your imagination.

i seem my first mazdaspeed6 on the strets here in town before i went on my vacation a few weeks back...i handy freaked...i seen the rims and im liek..OMG OM GOMG...haddn\'t seen one on the roads till then....it looks stellar...

it looks exactly like what porsche did to come up with the cayenne, took a sports car and made it bigger. the really big fender flares come from the rx-8/miata and you even got that big lower grille like the cayenne too lol. and from the looks of the spyshot, the back is also not awe-inspiring. man cayenne style written all over it
