Shouldn't be an issue. My shop commonly repairs vinyl/wrap under insurance, although an agent will have your answer.
245s are too wide. Run the MS3 wheels on 225s./ Should be noted tires of the same series also vary in width...
Personally, it's not my cup of tea, but I'm not a fan of 90% of mods on this forum anyways. It's your car/style and it's vinyl; go for it!
