Did you find out the first letter of your VIN? It would be on your insurance/ownership as well.
If you're going to buy from China you're better off with something like Aliexpress where if you don't get the item, or the item is incorrect/poor quality, you don't pay (it's a brokerage system)....
05 - Less than 75,000KM
If you don't mind me asking, what is the first letter of your VIN?
Just did. Looks like the lens has a standard 12M x 0.5 thread, which means replacing/swapping them around is fairly cheap. Most excellent.

Most CCD/CMOS cameras have a lens that screws into a socket in front of the image sensor. Simular to an SLR Camera.

For the door chime if you remove the speedometer console you should be able to disable it by cutting one of the wires. Shouldn't be hard to figure out which one with a voltmeter. While you're taking...
I just ordered one of these. I build and fly hobby aircraft with a gopro, so it'll be interesting to compare the two. I might order 3 more if it's decent.
The lens can just be screwed out, yes?...
Gently caress the dash with your fist.
Wouldn't it be easier to just remove the radio and make sure the antenna is plugged in snugly?
That assumes people don't care where it is built. It's not increasing profit if people don't buy them. GM is moving to Mexico as well along side other auto makers. One of the reasons I first...
Stuff like this really makes me wish Ontario had really cheap insurance when you have more cars than drivers. This is the type of project that can be hard to do when you need the vehicle day to day...
That's what I was trying to avoid since due to cost. Do you know the cost of just adding a single key when you already have it cut and ready? Can places like part source or locksmiths do it, and if...
It's fairly responsive. I don't notice any latency that feels annoying. The only negative is the boot time since the OEM unit is almost instant.
One of my Mazdas only has one key. I have the keys cut and have working new remotes to add, but still need to allow them to get past the immobilizer. I have an ECU programmer that is supposed to be...

Sounds like a loose connection to me.

I was looking at the Aux mod originally and arrived at this conclusion as well. Being able to use Bluetooth from Android or an SD Card/USB card directly is much more desirable to fiddling with audio...
I just received my Eonon GM5151 unit today, and have begun the process of figuring out how to install this into my 2005 Mazda 3 without causing any problems. The GM5151 is pretty much the same thing...
I've ordered the GM5151, and it's now in customs. I'll post my thoughts on if it's worth $40 more for the NFC unit (i.e. it doesn't suck). I have a 2005 so I bought a 2008 LCD screen off ebay for $40...
That's why you'd use a server PSU. It's a single 12v primary rail usually. Chinese ones would be hit and miss depending on the capacitors and FETs they use. You also want to be sure they tolerate...
I've been doing the planning on a couple of mods involving the electrical system of the car when I ran into a problem of test power. I have a decent variable power supply but at 12 volts it only...
Where is a good place to get the paint in Canada? The only places I can find are in the states.
