Only OE on all my family Mazda's (and OE on my Ram when I had it)
Heck, the Subaru guys love the 09+ RX8 filters.
The stock pads on my 1st gen were either ATE or Akibono. Either way they lasted 90,000km and I dont drive light. Replaced them with the same OE. Great pedal feel.
Yup. Left mine stock for that reason.
But the 2.3 was never a good engine for MPG's. Its funny that I could (almost) get my 400hp Hemi down to similar MPG's of that 2.3L. I got under 600 a...
;)
Mazda AFAIK was doing 2.5 year face lifts.
Check the turbine input speed sensor first on the side of the trans. P/N FN11-21-550

GJ21-34-098B. Any good dealer will have them in stock.
On the work order does it say dampers replaced? If it does then go back and talk to the service manager. A safety recall not being completed and saying it was can get a dealer shut down.

I got a red light ticket years ago when the max fine was $150. Fight every ticket. Long story short I got it reduced to $50. No points as the camera cant prove who was driving. It should say...
You think they have the average DIY'er in mind when they make cars? :chuckle
Wow, so bitter. All car makers have their own stupid flaws with them. I could go on but the one that sticks out to me was Chrysler putting the car battery in the freaking fender in front of the...
Most people upgrade their braking for better performance. For every day driving I find OE the best. They have that nice bite just before you stop.
My OE Front pads lasted me 90,000km and I...
AC Delco would not be a step up IMO. Its the same as OE. If your only using it as a daily why bother upgrading?
It's still the BN8F-66-350A part number for the first Gen.
