I had to burp mine by squeezing the lines in and out to the heater core (Gen1). Once I did that the reservoir was full of bubbles, waited and then I topped it off.

Okay, that last post got across a point I wasn't understanding clearly...
That for the dash panel switch? You'd need 3, signal to the motors and pos/neg for illuminating the light. You're 5 wire gang seems overkill.
The actuators are always getting the 12v power...
If I recall my setup, I believe I tapped the ground from my Hella horns and power from +12v to the ballasts.

Um, the stock plug that was connected to one of the blanks. Mine was an 07 Sport GT. It's got a special notch too, thus designating it only for the leveling switch.

Prob, when I did my EVO lenses, I had to make-up cereal box spacers to get the focus and blue cutoff.
I believe I did it with it out after much prying, cause the metal ribbon is held down by the top with a metal bracket+screw (trying to jog my memory)....
