This is EXACTLY what OEM pads/rotors sound like randomly when it rains/car wash. I have heard that noise here and there since I bought the car brand new.

Actually the light in question has 10+ spiders in there, all dead.

Until they fall out of what? Isn't that portion sealed? They aren't in the portion (dome) where the bulb sits but the larger portion.
