Agree with both parts. One of the shops my brother worked at, flashed a Jetta Diesel and I don't know if there was more smoke from the exhaust or from the tires.

I have them for my 3, they are ok. The Canadian tire Goodyear Nordics are a better tire, but for the price you could get in on the winter tire group buy and get something better.

I just got the 24000 done on my wife's car and it only cost me 60ish. But the mechanic is a buddy. But the dealer does over charge if you actually look at what is included in the 24000.

Just don't like people giving newbs misinformation.
