Thanks guys.
I traded the car at Atlantic Acura in Halifax.
Yes, the TSX definitely has a larger rear seat than the IS250. In general it felt a little larger inside everywhere, but less...
Sold most through the forums between here and the east coast Nothing left...
I went with the I4. The V6 would have been some nice but I couldn't justify the extra $3k for it. The I4 is a pretty proven engine and although a little short on power should give me excellent...
^^ Thanks for your input...
lol, yeah I had a hard time with that decision. To get a 6 speed you had to forego for the tech package. I wanted the tech stuff enough to do it.
I just made the deal early this week for trading in the MS3 on a 2011, Vortex Blue Pearl, Acura TSX, Tech Package.
I've been wanting something with a little more luxury lately and have been...
I've been getting trade quotes out here in Nova Scotia recently. 2008 (.5) Mazdaspeed 3, mint shape with 40,000 kms. Black book high value looks to be about $16,000. And that's where most are...
Looks great!
I'm down in the valley. Maybe I'll see you around the city when I get out that way.
I'm a big fan of OEM rims. These are the third set I've had on, beginning with the stock MS3 Shinkas to powder coated MS6s to these RX8s. I have to say I think I like these the best (although I...
^^^ I used to think the exact same way about the similarities between the stock GT 17" & RX8 rims . But the difference in width and offset make such different impact on the car's stance. The RX8...
Thanks for the compliments! I always underestimated these rims before, now I'm loving them.
The emblems were a little bit of a pain to take off the center caps. I used a jewlers flat tip screw...
Well I got hold of a minty fresh set of RX8 wheels and couldn't resist. The guy said they were only on for a few hundred kms before changing. Had them mounted today and I am digging the new look...
I'm seriously considering a meth kit. Seeing there are two kits, one with a pressure switch and the other off the MAF sensor. Looks like Snow Performance has both (stage 1 & 2?), AEM I only saw...
That looks great. Did you get a chance to drive the car before and after, or have you gotten feedback from the owner once he drove it again?
Damn, nice. I wish I could sit in on one too. Do a web video seminar!
I'm thinking a Civic as well. Show some pics of this bad boy when you get it.
I heard the same thing. It was in a Road & Track or something about storing cars. Increased wear for the engine and if not let warm up fully (meaning hot oil, coolant and exhaust), would help to...
Yeah, TO is about an 18 hour drive. I wish I still lived close enough to swing that way. I'll get this issue sorted out and then figure which direction to take things. I had no idea about the...
I don't think heat would be the issue as it happens when it's pretty cool outside and running on the highway. Fuel pressure never dips below 1600 under acceleration from what I have seen. I hope to...
Thanks for taking a look.
The KR thing I've had issues with since I moved out here to NS. Sometimes it's bad, then it goes away for a while. Might be fuel? Right now I'm running stock tune...
A fifth gear pull log if anyone's interested. Probably not by the look of this thread. :chuckle

I use WIX filters. Heard many good things about these filters and the auto parts store is close to home for me.
Other than that I would probably go with OEM.
Thanks for the comments. Just snapped a quick pic out in the damn rain. Been raining here for about 2 weeks straight...

Well I detailed the car over the weekend and decided to finally try something I had been thinking about for a while. It's Plasti-Dip so I can peel it off anytime but I'm digging the new look.
