Driving 2006 Mazda3 2.3 5doors. Last month got the code P0126. Engine Light on most of the time, but something it turns off and later go on again. Dose anybody know what's issue? Please help!

I got my 3 since 2006 July.
The first problem was the evap pump and the sensor busted at 7500km.

The Second problem was D/S Front shock upper mount and the rubber mount busted at 22000km.
