You can get 2k spray cans.
They activate and will harden in the can if you don't use it all up.

^ It sucked.
You could sand the hood down, so that it is even, reprime it, then go to a place that mixes cans by your vin number and repaint.
However with a large panel like a hood might be hard to do it...
Actually, some people recommend doing just that if you don't have a jack stand (ie side of the road) if the jack fails it lands on the wheel, not the ground, or well you.
I live here too. I saw you at the Go station one evening.
I think I saw you like two days ago in Whitby haha
Chemical Guys wheel guard is decent. I have not used much of their other stuff. I use mostly 3D products now.
Mine is fairly utilitarian. I should have done everything SomeGuy said before I threw a project in there but money was an issue and I needed to get the project home to keep it moving forward.
...
Almost is the key word there.
Haha pulled my fenders same way. Car looks great.
Don't think they have Mazda colors do they?
So my smoking turbo is (surprise) not getting any better. So I am leaning toward S3 or CS turbo (wise financial choices and wife me damned)
If anyone is getting rid of supporting mods later summer...
First I've heard of such a thing. Ash has gymnastics until about 1:20. What time are you guys going?
I'd go S3. Guess that is important to mention. ricola I actually don't want a FMIC. I'd prefer to keep things lower key.
Yeah I seem to remember a variety of other alternatives. A CS intake and inlet pipe is something I could use later anyway if I do upgrade things too right?
The car currently drives fine.
If I...
So I'm at 142km and my car smokes after extended idle (10 min or more).
I assume this means the k04 is on it's way out. Anything I can do at this point or just budget to upgrade/replace?
Car is...
Is this Krupa?
A custom shop tried to bag his car and failed miserably.
Glad you managed to survive the Ground'd mess.
Insurance knows I'm bagged. I am covered as if stock. Allstate, Grant Redfren is my agent.
Put to test when my last car (also bagged) was written off.
Hmm yeah the Bose unit might not actually have a buiilt in amp which means it couldn't drive the speakers. And If I recall the bose speakers are a weird impedance (3ohm maybe)
I'm on my second. No plans to offload it anytime soon.
I'm not sure if your car would have the amp wiring under the seat to make it "plug" in so essentially you'd have to make a harness of some sort.
I made one basically hijack the bose outputs with...
Logan, thoroughly enjoyed. Great conclusion.
Ah old BMW life. Brings back memories.
