In the US you are allowed to do a hell of a lot to someone trespassing on your private property. In Canada there has to be convincing proof you are in mortal danger to get off the hook for any type...

I assume that no one else is home when she arrives through Mon-Thurs so there isn't too much you can do at that time. However on Friday make sure your car is parked somewhere else prior to her...

It's actually a ridiculously good idea. Tell your neighbours the same thing if she's that well known.

Yeah. Call immediately. Chances are she won't take 45min or longer the next time so they might not catch her, but can't hurt to try.

I assume this is your house? It's private property. Next time you see her there inform her you've called the police already because she obviously has no rights to park her car on private property,...
