It's one of your ABS sensors. It could be as simple as a bad connection. If not, you'll need to have them scanned to identify which one is faulty. Unfortunately a lot of basic scan tools don't have...

I had just the CBE on before I went down pipe as well... I think it changes the sound a lot. Not near the ballpark as much as the down pipe... but still a great start.
