Re: Can you ID this vehicle model?

Makes sense about the custom kit being hard to track down. After rotating the picture though, you're right that it seems much more the shape and size of a foglamp. I was thinking headlamp, but it's...

Re: Can you ID this vehicle model?

Could have been a pickup - good idea. The older/SUV description was based on what my girlfriend saw at 3AM as the vehicle pulled away quickly, so not sure how reliable that is.

    Definitely agree...

This is actually a US vehicle if that changes anything. I'm going to school in Ann Arbor, MI (go Blue!).

Re: Can you ID this vehicle model?

A Blazer would fit the description. Another witness guessed Jeep Liberty or Wrangler, though we haven't been able to find a similar looking bumper. If it's aftermarket though as you and Lockdown...

Re: Can you ID this vehicle model?

No, unfortunately I didn't get a photo before they towed the car this morning. No idea if my crude paint drawing is helpful. :) Both the rear side and the liftgate windows were completely smashed,...

Re: Can you ID this vehicle model?

Interesting. I hadn't considered that it would be from the rear of the other vehicle. I just assumed it was from the front because the hit and run was from behind. It was hard enough to make the...

Re: Can you ID this vehicle model?

Ah, didn't know it was fiberglass - that's helpful! However, the neighbor's vehicle is a Subaru Outback and it was hit pretty high (impact cleared the rear bumper and hit the tail light and rear...

Can you ID this vehicle model?

    Hi guys,

There was a hit and run on my street last night - neighbour's car looks totalled. We found this piece of what looks to be a light housing embedded in the back bumper. I can't place what...

    Opening LED tail light

This may seem like a stupid question, but here goes...:blush

Somehow, a spider has worked its way into one of my tail lights and is laying inside the housing. Is there any way to get inside...

    Re: Car Insurance

AFAIK, waivers of depreciation are only offered for new vehicles. It's unlikely one would apply for a used vehicle that's 5 years old.

The adjuster would likely see what other vehicles with the...

It looks like the carpet material was recently changed for 2007 builds and for subsequent replacements. This may help you out...hopefully the new stuff is better.

Re: Driver Side Mirror is Shaking/Vibrating...

Can I ask you what dealer this was, if you remember? I've just learned to live with mine, but if I can get it fixed next oil change, that would be good. :)

You beat me to it. :) Always like the Canadian Driver reviews.

Is it just the GX models that have the white gauge faces, or is that a 2008.5 thing?

Re: Anyone else have AUX Jack interference?

Sorry man, I have no idea then - I haven't found any AUX interference other than the ground loop noise.

That's very weird. Have you asked about it at the dealer, by chance?
