Happened to me with OEM Rotors and Aftermarket Rotors....it's normal I'm afraid.
You park outside? Moist buildup I would suspect. This is usually due to moisture from rain, dew, or condensation that collects on the surface of the rotors.
If it's a very small chip, I just DIY to save the hassle of visiting a glass shop.
Try cleaning the throttlebody, CAI and MAF Sensors. Check all connectors for loose connections. Try doing an ECU restart by pulling battery connectors.
Try cleaning the MAF sensors.
